Woots! Let's go Sarawak!

This is not the first time I visit Sarawak but I will say this is my very first time to experience Sarawak! Randomly bought the ticket to Sarawak through a not-so-closed friend, and here come my 3 days Sarawak trip! I don't feel regret after all =) It is a super nice vacation! It makes me feel like I should keep travelling to other places!

Instead of watching photos on my Facebook, I will tell you how great it is with words. =)

----- ehm, ehm,, The intro was written on 28th May and the rest will be writing it now :p hahaha
I just feel like I must share you my Sarawak Trip while you are in Sarawak!!! ------

Here we go! =)

Woots. Started with this photo taken in the airport.
We make a bet to ask someone to take photo for us.
and Im the loser. Ew. D:

Our first destination is BAKO National park. It's somewhere at the North of Kuching.
You have to reach there by boat.
Yana said it is a must-visit place in Kuching but we were a little bit late that time.
So we just went for a few hours.

Reached =D
But we forget to bring sandals. :p

We can see a lot of animals there.

Snakes

Wild pigs
*So skinny eh?? And it is eating jellyfish!!

Dried jelly fish by the beach!

We went to somewhere with a lot dead mangrove trees.

The dead mangrove trees are quite artistic hm? :p

Hermit crab!

The crab.

Oh and this is the famous Proboscis monkey there!
*It's just on the top of my head!! So closed!!

This is the landmark for BAKO National Park.
We went there by boat.

It's a cobra-like stone in the middle of sea. Super cool.
And I think it is worth to see with my own eyes once =)

Night time we had seafood as our dinner.
There is a seafood hawker centre around the riverside named Topspot.
Quite cheap and there are all halal and delicious!

This is the chosen oen =)

Mixed vege! Everyone likes it! :D

Salted egg crab? Im not sure..

Sweet sour fish

Butter prawn?

After that we went to the riverside to see the night view of the river.

Seriously, I should bring tripod. =(

There ended my first day. Quite enjoying and I love the relax mood when I was hanging around the river side. =)

The second day, our destination is Sarawak Cultural Village!! Woow!
Music Festival?? =D WE WERE TOO EARLY FOR THAT ='(

This is the Santubong Mountain. =)

I love the road a lot so I asked them to jump!! Hahahaha

Watched the cultural show but we were a little bit late that time.

The bye bye scene :p

This bridge is made up from bamboos.

In the longhouse with MsYana=D

Tried a tool. I dont know what is it for.
Mashing rice I think? =x

And you can stamp your passport at all the checkpoints.
This is sweet actually =)

And I dont have one. Student price D:

We also tried the blowing knife.
I am not sure what it called but they use this weapon to hunt animals in the old time.

Blow !

And we tried the costume.

I love mine a lot!
It is so colourful! =D

I wish I am sarawakian!! LOL

I love the design of this door a lot.

Asked a worker took the photo for us. =)

And yea,, I tried bamboo dance!!
I cant catch up the tempo after all!! D:

-----Cut off----
And my camera ran out of battery =(
It is so fun in the cultural village actually, love it a lot! =D

We went to the riverfront in the night time.

Love the twilight =)

And we took boat to the opposite river to buy Sarawak famous layer cake.
I know this sounds weird but I like the boat :D

The third day, we will be going back this night.
So we went to the Cat Statues in the town.

Took some photos to proved that we went to Kuching!! LOL

After that we went to the caves.

This is the entrance for Fairy Cave, after the 5th floors high stairs D:

Wooo.. Dark..

And it is so huge inside!! We are so tiny!

A selftimer photograph again :D

And I love this photo. it is so bright !

Yana is quite crazy actually!
She dare to stand on the stone which looks quite dangerous!
But well,, nice one! :D

After that we went to the Wind cave.
It is near to the fairy cave.

Inside is so much darker than Fairy Cave.
So we are asked to bring the torchlights.

There are so many bats on the top!
But I can't capture it =(

And again, I wish I bring tripod!!

After the caves we went to OrangUtan Sanctuary.

We can see the crew feeds the Orangutans which look bigger and heavier than him!

Oh and this is really closed!

Just a few meters away from us =)

When we wanna leave, an orangutan walked pass the road.
And they said this is a dangerous one. =x

Then we went to the riverfront again! lol

This is the river cruise.
Cost RM60 per person.
We were broke and we didnt go for it. =(

So we chose to walk along the bazaar street.

You can buy a lot of handicraft there!

We were going back in the night.
This is the last photo we took in the hostel.
Btw,, this is a backpacker hostel so it is super cheap! Just RM16 per person!
It is clean and it is comfortable!!
I love it!

Night time,
after a rushing dinner at Topspot, again,
Bye bye Sarawak.

This is a very enjoyable trip to me.
Love the place, love the partners,
I LOVE SARAWAK :D
