What a sunny day~~

Yesterday was a HOT sunny day!! Yea! Hot! Sunny was hot!! lol

And I went to wash the straw mats with the committee of the coming two days camp! Guess what? It's only 7 of us! Not really an easy job if you used to wash straw mats before. Luckily, we got help from the high-schooler at that time! Good decision for informing them, miss secretary! ^^

Let me introduce you the step to deal with the straw mats:

Firstly, you have to move them from the second floor down to the small field. It's around 100 of them but it's quite easy since each of us manage to take 10-20 at one time.

Secondly, fill 3 wide pails  up with water so the straw mats could wash three time. You can start to wash them after the water is done.

Next, tie the rope around any available place so you can hang the straw mats and dry them under the sun. You are advised to hang the straw mats up while the rope job is on-going. Well, do that after the rope is tied between two objects.

After hanging all of the straw mats up, wait for them to be dried. You should turn them over so both sides are receiving the hot sun bathe.

When the straw mats are dried, collect them back. They have enough of the hot sun. Stop torturing them.

Lastly, roll them up and fix them with a rubber band before placing them into the room.

And all these jobs took us 4-5 hours to finish it!! We were suffering because of the sun too! >< Well, we enjoyed working together after all! =p It has been a long time for us to play around after the camp last year. Glad that we're still closed (perhaps closer) like last year!

Can't wait for the camp! I hope it will go smooth =)
